We are delighted to support Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan’s Purse that has brought Good News and great joy to more than 200 million children around the world.
In many cases, children in developing nations have lived in the midst of poverty, natural disasters or conflicts. Often, they’ve never received a gift in their lives. They and their families are invited to a special event where they hear about the love of Jesus and experience that love through a Canadian-packed Operation Christmas Child shoebox filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items.
Shoeboxes packed in 11 countries travel to children in more than 100 countries every year. In 2023, Canadian shoeboxes are going to Ukraine, the Philippines, and countries in Central America and West Africa. There, volunteers work with churches to organize outreach events and give the boxes to children. At those outreach events, the children (and, in many cases, their parents and grandparents) hear about the love of Jesus.
Even better, Operation Christmas Child’s partner churches invite all the shoebox recipients to The Greatest Journey, a 12-lesson evangelism and discipleship program. Since 2010, more than 15 million boys and girls enrolled in The Greatest Journey have prayed to receive Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Free Ground Shipping (8-10 Business Days) on orders over $150 in US only. Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) can be added for $7.50 USD on orders over $150 in US only. *Free shipping on orders over $150 is not available to US Non Continental States, orders outside of the US, or Wholesale orders.

Ground Shipping is only available for International orders which takes around 8-10 Business Days.
Customs and duties are calculated at checkout. No other extra costs will be collected from local customs upon delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours between Mondays and Fridays, within 1-5 business days (excluding pre-orders).
Orders using Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services, or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in its original packaging. You have 30 days to make a return from the date it was delivered. Please contact us directly at hey@holypals.com with your order number to arrange a return request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Only the item(s) returned will be eligible for a refund.
Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need to make an exchange you must return your product for a refund and make a new purchase for your replacement items.
If you wish to make a return, the cost of shipping returns is your responsibility.
