RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in its original packaging. You have 30 days to make a return from the date it was delivered. Please contact us directly at hey@holypals.com with your order number to arrange a return request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response.

Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need to make an exchange you must return your product for a refund and make a new purchase for your replacement items. 

If you wish to make a return, the cost of shipping returns is your responsibility. 

All marked down items are FINAL SALE. 

All international shipments (Countries outside of US & Canada) are FINAL SALE.

We cannot accommodate price adjustments on any promotions, including Black Friday deals.

Holy Pals regularly reviews our returns data to detect any violation of our shipping and returns policy. Customers who appear to excessively return items or abuse these policies may be flagged. Holy Pals reserves the right to deny service to anyone we deem necessary.

 

DAMAGED ITEM DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. Please send an email to hey@holypals.com and include your order number and a picture of the defect. Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging.

US & CANADA SHIPPING

Free Ground Shipping (8-10 Business Days) on orders over $150 in Canada & US only. Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) can be added for $7.50 USD on orders over $150 in Canada & US only.  *Free shipping on orders over $150 is not available to US Non Continental States & Canada Territories.

  

Ground Shipping (8-10 Business Days): $7.50 USD

Express Shipping (4-6 Business Days): $9.50 USD

Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $13.50 USD

 

APO & PO Box: allow up to 14 business days for delivery.  

 

US Non Continental States & Canada Territories: rates and shipping times available at checkout.

Gift cards are excluded from Free Shipping totals. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of US & Canada)

Ground Shipping (10+ Business Days): $35.00 USD

FedEx Express Shipping (4-7 Business Days): $45.00 USD

Customers are responsible to pay for any applicable customs or duties due on receipt of shipment.

OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours between Mondays and Fridays, within 1-5 business days (excluding pre-orders).

Orders using Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services, or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

 

MY ORDER IS LOST OR DELAYED, WHO DO I CONTACT?

If you are experiencing delays in your order, please contact the carrier with your tracking information (this information can be found in your shipping confirmation email). If you require further assistance, send an e-mail to hey@holypals.com, we are happy to help!

CURRENCY & PAYMENT

Please note our online store is set in USD currency. As a result, if you are shopping outside of the US, the price may fluctuate based on the latest conversion rate. If you choose to pay with PayPal, please ensure you select your desired currency for payment. Holy Pals is a Canadian company and is not responsible for incorrect currency selections or for PayPal or Credit Card fees associated with international payments.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?

International orders (outside of US & Canada) may be charged customs. Customers are responsible to pay for any applicable customs or duties due on receipt of shipment.

 

CAN I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to edit, cancel or change shipping addresses please email hey@holypals.com immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate the change. No changes can be made after an order has already been processed.

Holy Pals sells products that are cotton, bamboo and polyester. Please refer to the care instruction on the product page to learn more about care instructions for each fabric.

    WHERE ARE YOUR PAJAMAS MADE?

    We are a family run business based out of our home in Ontario, Canada. All of our pajamas are consciously sourced and produced in India. Our fabric is 100% premium cotton and is custom woven for our pajamas. Our cute prints are created by illustrators and textile designers from all over the world.     ARE YOUR PAJAMAS TREATED WITH FLAME RETARDANTS?

    No they are not! Holy Pals onesies and two-piece pajamas are 100% cotton and are not treated with any chemicals, including flame retardants. To meet safety standards, Holy Pals 100% cotton pajamas are designed to be snug fit. Girls nightgowns are loose fitting and cannot be 100% cotton due to safety standards, and as a result are 100% Polyester.

     

    CAN I PURCHASE WHOLESALE FOR MY STORE?

    Complete the online form here to apply to carry Holy Pals in your retail store. Stores must be in the US or Canada and have a physical store address or website, and be able to meet a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 30 units.
