RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in its original packaging. You have 30 days to make a return from the date it was delivered. Please contact us directly at sales@holypals.com with your order number to arrange a return request.

Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need to make an exchange you must return your product for a refund and make a new purchase for your replacement items. 

If you wish to make a return, the cost of shipping returns is your responsibility. 

All marked down items are FINAL SALE. 

We cannot accommodate price adjustments on any promotions, including Black Friday deals.

DAMAGED ITEM DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Items with manufacturing defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement. Please send an email to sales@holypals.com and include your order number and a picture of the defect. Please note: to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original packaging. 

SHIPPING

All our shipments from www.holypals.com are shipped out of Ontario, Canada and can ship almost anywhere in the world.

We ship your order within 2-5 business days (excluding pre-orders). Shipping time depends on your location. For Canadian & US orders, shipping takes between 2-7 business days.

All other international countries will vary depending on location, some locations can take up to 10 weeks to ship and clear customs. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

CURRENCY & PAYMENT

Please note our online store is set in USD currency. As a result, if you are shopping outside of the US the price may fluctuate based on your currency conversion rate. If you choose to pay with PayPal, please ensure you select your desired currency for payment. Holy Pals is not responsible for incorrect currency selections or for PayPal or Credit Card fees associated with international payments.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?

Customs are not applicable to Canadian & US orders. All other countries will vary depending on location and the receiver is responsible for paying applicable customs.

Please wash your Holy Pals PJs in cold water and tumble dry on low. 

HOW DO YOUR PAJAMAS FIT?

  • Baby Onesies: Snug fitting. If you are in-between sizes our advice is to always round up! 
  • Kids PJs: Snug fitting. If you are in-between sizes our advice is to always round up! 
  • Women's PJs: Snug fitting. If you are in-between sizes our advice is to always round up! 
  • Men's PJs: Looks fitting. True to size, no need to round up here!

WHERE ARE YOUR PAJAMAS MADE?

We are a family run business based out of our home in Ontario, Canada. All of our pajamas are ethically sourced and produced in Indonesia and India. Our fabric is 100% premium cotton and is custom woven for our pajamas. Our cute prints are created by illustrators and textile designers from all over the world. ARE YOUR PAJAMAS TREATED WITH FLAME RETARDANTS?

No they are not! Holy Pals pajamas are 100% cotton and are not treated with any chemicals, including flame retardants. To meet safety standards, Holy Pals pajamas are designed to be snug fit.
