To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in its original packaging.
You have 30 days to make a return from the date it was delivered.
Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Only the item(s) returned will be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to make a return, a shipping label will be provided with a $6.50 restocking fee.
Please note that exchange orders will not be fulfilled until the original item is in transit back to us. Once your return has been scanned in by the carrier, your exchange order will begin processing automatically.

We ordered sets of the adult ladies jogger style PJ’s, as well as a baby onesie. The Away in a Manger print is absolutely adorable and the fabric is very soft. We especially love the fit of the pajamas since the top is not skin tight and has a nice skim effect around the waist and hips. The jogger pants have pockets which are so convenient. This was our first order from holy pals and we will be ordering again!

I ordered these PJs on Dec. 10, I thought I had paid for express shipping (I didn’t, so that’s on me). Nevertheless I was notified Dec 11 they had been dropped at USPS, so they sent them out immediately. The rest of the journey was in the hands of USPS. I ordered these for our traditional matching Christmas PJs. They were set to deliver Dec 21, but never came. By Christmas Eve they were still in transit and i was devastated. Out of frustration thinking I paid for express shipping I emailed them asking for a refund as I would be shipping them back. I was simply emotional as this tradition has been 22 years and counting and I was just devastated we didn’t have PJs. They responded saying I didn’t pay express shipping but that I could return them and sent me a prepaid label. I, confused, went back and saw it was in fact my fault and I had not paid for express shipping. After I sat and reminded myself that Christmas is about the birth of my Savior and not pajamas, I calmed down. Christmas Eve and Christmas day were still just as lovely. Nothing really changed other than a photo op. They arrived the day after Christmas. I opened them and still loved them. The quality of the PJs is wonderful, they look exactly like you see on the model. Overall super soft and cozy! So I emailed them and told them I would actually like to keep them and to pull back the refund they issued me as I wanted them to be paid properly. To which they responded that they couldn’t pull the refund issued to me but that I could have them as a gift from them.
Yall, I cried. I’m 22. I’m in nursing school and holding three jobs. This is my first Christmas without my nana. 2024 has been a hard year for us. I saved up just for us to have cute fun PJs as it was sorta a splurge not to just have regular PJs from target. I am an avid PJ wearer, but these PJs will always be special to me. They don’t know me, but their kindness will stick with me forever. I will continue to buy from this company and rave about them to everyone I know. Thankful for their generosity and wonderful customer care.

We absolutely love our pajamas from Holy Pals! My daughter loves the silky feel of the night gowns and I love the soft stretchy feel of the cotton. I’m normally a size 3/4 in jeans and small in tops….and got the medium set. Not oversized but not skin tight. I’d definitely recommend sizing up 1 if in between or if you like your pajamas a little loose. Overall I love them and can’t wait for more designs!!

Loved the quality and the design! I sized up for my kiddos. Got a size 8 for my newly 7 year old, and a size 4 for my son turning 4 Christmas Eve. Those fit perfectly. The PJs for snug, so my husband and I didn’t like the tight fit for bed and would have sized up.
