We are so excited to support The Littlest Lamb Orphanage, a privately funded orphanage in Egypt. They have built a home for orphaned and at-risk children who have lost parents to death, imprisonment, or abandonment. The Littlest Lamb provides these children with everything they need to thrive – shelter, food, clothing, education and most importantly A FAMILY that loves them.

US SHIPPING
Free Ground Shipping (8-10 Business Days) on orders over $150 in US only. Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) can be added for $7.50 USD on orders over $150 in US only. *Free shipping on orders over $150 is not available to US Non Continental States, orders outside of the US, or Wholesale orders.
Ground Shipping (3-8 Business Days): $7.50 USD
Express Shipping (3-5 Business Days): $9.50 USD
Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days): $13.50 USD
APO & PO Box: allow up to 14 business days for delivery.
US Non Continental States: rates and shipping times available at checkout.
Gift cards are excluded from Free Shipping totals.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside of US)
Custom shipping is calculated upon checkout based on the shipping Country.
Ground Shipping is only available for International orders which takes around 8-10 Business Days.
Customs and duties are calculated at checkout. No other extra costs will be collected from local customs upon delivery.

OTHER SHIPPING DETAILS
Orders are processed and shipped during business hours between Mondays and Fridays, within 1-5 business days (excluding pre-orders).
Orders using Priority Shipping (1-3 Business Days) will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal services, or the replacement of lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused in its original packaging. You have 30 days to make a return from the date it was delivered. Please contact us directly at hey@holypals.com with your order number to arrange a return request. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Only the item(s) returned will be eligible for a refund.
Since our inventory changes on a daily basis, we are unable to process exchanges. If you need to make an exchange you must return your product for a refund and make a new purchase for your replacement items.
If you wish to make a return, the cost of shipping returns is your responsibility.

Wash before use. Machine wash cold inside out with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low. Since cotton is natural and delicate, do not wash pajamas with rough materials such as jeans, towels or Velcro. For the longest wear, hang or dry flat.
