Lisa Flores I absolutely love these pajamas! When my order first arrived, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly responsive and kind. They explained it was due to the wrong cardboard being used in shipping, apologized, and immediately refunded my entire order—no hassle at all.
They also reassured me the issue has been fixed, which I really appreciated. After washing them, I can confidently say the pajamas themselves are amazing—beautifully made, great quality, soft, and comfortable.
Mistakes happen, but outstanding customer service makes all the difference, and this company truly delivered. I’m very impressed and would absolutely order from them again. Thank you, Holy Pals (God Bless you!)
